Started with with longest toeside out of a gybe. Got a few more then failed for hours. Roger shouted to hold hand straight up and don't grab, again, started to listen towards end and got a few more in.
Go faster into gybe, twist hips, straight arm, don't grab and stay balanced.
Moved mast from 5 to 4 which was better.
Got stung again.
